I’d like to share my experience with Atlantic Hearing Care, Inc at 990 Paradise Rd, Suite 3A, Swampscott, MA—especially with Dr. Taylor Chabot, Au.D.

Taylor is exceptionally knowledgeable, educated, and experienced across all aspects of audiology. She understands both the unique challenges her patients face and the wide range of hearing equipment options available, including the subtle differences between specific devices. Taylor is kind, patient, and friendly, and it’s clear that she genuinely enjoys her work—helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing.

I also had a very positive experience with Atlantic’s newer audiologist, who was professional and attentive throughout my visits.

Finally, I’d like to recognize Karen Tracchia, Patient Care Coordinator, who was always welcoming and upbeat. Her friendly energy made each visit a pleasure from the moment I walked through the door.

As I continue my audiology journey, Atlantic Hearing Care will certainly remain an important part of it.

I’ve been to many audiologists in the last 30 years. I have to say that my visit with Dr. Taylor Chabot ranks as one of the best. The doctor and office are personable, professional, and caring.

A year later, I am even more enthusiastic about Dr. Chabot's care. She has been working closely with me as I enter new territory--a cochlear implant. I can honestly say that I probably would not be taking this step if not for Dr. Chabot's guidance. She patiently answered my many questions. She never pushed me to choose the surgery. She presented the information--pluses and minus--and let me decide. In addition, she streamlined the process making it as easy as possible. In six weeks, I will have the operation and begin my new hearing journey. Knowing that Dr. Chabot will be accompanying me into the unknown makes the process less scary.

I've had many audiologists since I began wearing hearing aids 30 years ago. No other audiologist has come close to Dr. Chabot in providing information and genuinely caring about my needs.

I was given a list from my daughter's school nurse for an audiologist. I called to make an appointment but was put on hold to see if they "wanted to take a 6 year old" The receptionist got back on the line and said the audiologist suggested I go to another medical facility. I was told they accepted children and a elementary nurse gave me the referral.

Atlantic Hearing and Dr. Chabot were amazing! We got hearing aids for my 97-year-old mother. Dr. Chabot was extremely kind and patient with her, and got us the perfect solution. Everyone in the Swampscott office was wonderful as well.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over three years and they have made a tremendous improvement in my quality of life. Lisa handles all of my routine visits and maintenance on my hearing aids and she has been very helpful in answering any questions that I have.

From the moment I brought my 4 year daughter to Joan, about 20 years ago she had our full trust! I also am a patient who’s struggled with wearing aids. But fast forward to 2023 and WOW! Tinnitus is a huge issue with me and I am finally acknowledging that my aids decrease what I feel is severely debilitating at all hours! I’m slowly working on wearing my aids 24/7 since the tinnitus actually prevents me from sleeping! We love the assistance and how much they truly care to ensure aids fit well. Heck, my mom is also seen but in Peabody!

The staff at Atlantic Hearing were great. This is my 3rd pair of hearing aids and I received so much more attention at Atlantic than at other audiologists. They also got me right in to the office. At another practice the wait was over 8 weeks!

The professionals at Atlantic Hearing Care are the best. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. They did not make you feel rushed. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I left the office feeling like they were truly concerned about me as a person and improving my hearing. If there was a way to give them 10 stars, they would get it. They aced it with customer service. A few weeks ago, I was getting ready to fly to MA on vacation and I was changing the wax guards and receiver domes on my hearing aids. For some reason, the L hearing aid then stopped working. I was panicked as I was heading to airport in a few minutes and I could only hear out of my R ear. I called their office as my mom was a patient there previously and Karen answered the phone and she was as kind and gracious as could be. Miraculously, they had an opening the next day and I took it. I went to the Swampscott office and Sue was there and she, as well, was as kind and personable/professional as Karen was. I saw Dr. Lemay and she listened to my predicament. She took my hearing aids and said she would be back shortly. Lo and behold, she came back about 10 minutes later and the L hearing aid was working again!! I was so thrilled to now be able to hear out of both ears again, especially while being up there on vacation. Apparently the receiver cable stopped working and she replaced it. There are no words to express my gratefulness and appreciation to them for being able to help me. Their customer service was beyond 5 stars! I wish I lived back in MA as I would definitely go to them if I did. Customer service seems to be greatly lacking in many doctors office nowadays, but it isn't in this one. Thank you SO much for helping me!!!!

Totally a positive experience! From the first visit to the day I received my hearing aids, each visit created a welcoming and sense of caring about my hearing and me as a person. It was and is a pleasure to work with this office!

I have gone to Atlantic Hearing Care for years. Joan and her staff are exemplary in their professionalism & customer service. Not only is the staff knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing care, but their kindness and willing to resolve all issues and really care about your satisfaction is paramount to their practice. I would never go to another audiologist and have referred friends of mine to them all the time, They are on top of their game with all the updated hearing equipment and aim to be sure everyone is fully satisfied. THE BEST!!!

I been a customer of Atlantic Hearing for years now. The folks at Atlantic Hearing are seasoned professionals and offer a selection of models and brands. Earring Aids made a enormous difference in my life, and even more for my spouse. You can only shout , "what did you say" for so long. I also love my new Oticon hearing aid replacing the same brand that I started wearing years ago. New technology was better and for the age of my old pair it was well worth it.

My husband saw Dr.McCormack at Atlantic Hearing Care for hearing loss. She performed testing and prescribed hearing aids that are effective and customized for his needs..

Dr. McCormack explained all of the testing procedures and results thoroughly, and in an easily understandable way. She fitted the devices until my husband was completely comfortable and proficient at inserting and removing them.

Her service is excellent, prices reasonable, and her approach is reassuring, patient, and professional.
