Patient Care Coordinator – Swampscott
Karen has been a part of the team at Atlantic Hearing Care since its inception in 2007. She is the first person to welcome patients to our Swampscott office. Karen is a reassuring guide on the phone, helping each patient schedule their appointment correctly. She is also ready to assist patients with a supply pick-up for their hearing aids or a hearing aid repair drop-off.
Outside of work, you may find Karen off on a lovely vacation, traveling is one of her passions and she tries to take the opportunity to do so whenever it arises! As a native of the north shore, Karen also enjoys spending time with her family and friends locally, including her husband and two children.
