Patient Care Coordinator – Peabody
Melissa has been a part of the team at Atlantic Hearing Care since 2016. She is the first person to welcome patients to our Peabody office, although you may see her helping the team in Swampscott from time to time. Melissa is a reassuring guide on the phone, helping each patient schedule their appointment correctly. She also ensures that each patient is comfortable in understanding their health insurance benefit by verifying their insurance coverage prior to each appointment.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two grandchildren. A Peabody native, Melissa is very engaged in her community, and you may find her volunteering at various events around town!
