Sue joined the team at Atlantic Hearing Care in 2024. In her role as a Patient Care Coordinator, she helps support patients as they navigate all the steps in their journey to better hearing. Patients may see her as a welcoming face at the Swampscott office when they first check in, or they may speak to her on the phone to schedule or confirm an appointment. Sue also helps to ensure that each patient has support when working with their medical insurance by filing claims on their behalf for services provided in the office.
Sue is a North Shore native and loves to spend time with her husband, two children, extended family and friends. In her free time, she works in improving her pickleball game and attempting to learn Spanish on the Duolingo app.
