We have developed several options for providing service so that we can keep you hearing at your best during this time of uncertainty. Atlantic Hearing Care is open during regular business hours. We are following proper infection control protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy. We do ask that you reschedule your office appointment if you or someone you have been in contact with has a cold, cough, fever or has traveled out of the country.
Unless the appointment is for delivery of a new or repaired hearing aid you may be able to take advantage of our remote service options:
-We can mail supplies (batteries, domes, wax guards) to your doorstep.
If you hearing aid needs to be cleaned, you can avail of our drop off services at the Swampscott office between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri. We also accommodate curbside pickup so you don’t have to leave the car. Kindly call ahead for your convenience.
We can schedule a remote appointment, either through the phone or through video chat. All you need for the video chat is a smart phone or computer with an internet connection. We can email you the link and instructions once you call for an appointment. If you are unfamiliar with computers give us call for help.
